Our wedding will take place in the picturesque Platanos Village. For guests who intend to relax and explore for 4 to 7 days, we highly recommend staying on Akrata Beach. This location allows you to fully experience the tranquil coastal atmosphere and enjoy daily strolls along the beautiful shoreline.
If you are attending only the wedding night or prefer to experience a village lifestyle, Platanos offers a distinctive charm. Nestled within traditional streets, the village is home to cozy local tavernas and radiates a warm, welcoming community spirit—making your stay uniquely memorable.
While Akrata itself has just one main hotel, the surrounding areas feature a variety of apartments and Airbnbs, blending comfort with convenience. Whether you long for the peacefulness of seaside living or wish to immerse yourself in authentic village traditions, accommodation around Akrata and Platanos provide an ideal base!
We have compiled a selection of accommodation options and areas for your consideration. Please be aware that delaying your booking could limit availability at popular locations and might require staying further from the central areas. If you have a car, this shouldn’t be an issue—most nearby suburbs are just a short 10-minute drive away!

We have reserved several rooms for our wedding guests, which can only be booked directly with the hotel by contacting Marina at hotel@akratabeach.gr. The rooms vary in price and size but accommodate only 2 guests each.
These rooms are intended for stays from July 23rd to July 27th (a minimum of 4 nights) and are held until February 2026. After this date, any unbooked rooms will be released. Please be sure to mention that you are part of the wedding party when booking!
